In accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS 338), awarded public works projects must be submitted to the Nevada State Board of Architecture, Interior Design and Residential Design for posting on the Board's official website.

 

Posting of awarded projects is for all public works projects, not just those that have been awarded to firms certified to receive local preference.

 

This posting requirement is in SB268 and is required by the statute effective October 1, 2011.
